“W-RETURN: Women’s Empowerment and Reemployment Route” is an international Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to empowering adult NEET women on their journey back to the workforce. By combining motivation building, digital skills training, and innovative learning pathways, the project helps women unlock their potential and create sustainable career opportunities.

Over 16 months, the project will comprehensively empower adult NEET women, enhance their digital competences, connect them with inspiring networks, and strengthen their motivation to build sustainable career paths.
