💠 The W-RETURN: Women’s Empowerment and Reemployment Route project, within the scope of Erasmus+ KA210 and partnered by Paydaş Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği, continues its activities at full speed.
🌀 Coordinated by RegioVision GmbH based in Schwerin, Germany, the project aims to offer special learning pathways for adult women who are not currently in the workforce and face challenges in employment, to help them develop basic skills and increase their participation in the labor market.
⏳ Within the framework of the project’s second mobility, a total of five female participants from Turkey and Germany took part in a five-day training workshop held in Schwerin between July 13–19, 2025. The participants successfully completed an intensive training program on entrepreneurship, digital literacy, creativity, and personal development, earning their certificates. 👩🎓✨
🌱 Supporting women’s more active participation in economic and social life, this project has been an inspiring experience for the participants and stands out as a significant step in the journey of empowerment and reemployment.
