W-Return brings together two different perspectives and experiences from Germany and Türkiye to support women in their journey back into working life.
The transnational partnership between RegioVision and PAYDAŞ allows us to look at the needs of women from a broader perspective and to develop more comprehensive and sustainable solutions. Each partner brings its own experience, methods and understanding of working with women and supporting their personal and professional development.
The different approaches in Germany oand Türkiye ffer valuable opportunities for mutual learning. While flexible forms of entrepreneurship, including cooperatives, are more common in Türkiye, Germany offers experience with more structured and systematic approaches to employment and career development.
