In W-Return, coaching was designed as a support mechanism accompanying participants throughout the project life cycle and supporting their personal and professional development. As each participant had different needs, experiences, strengths, and goals, the coaching process was tailored to individual needs.
Coaching sessions supported participants in getting to know themselves better, recognising their strengths and areas for development, setting their goals, and developing solutions to the challenges they encountered. Supporting participants in transferring the knowledge and skills gained through the training into their daily and professional lives was also an important part of the process.
Our aim was to help participants recognise their potential, make confident decisions, and turn their next steps into a sustainable professional journey.
